You get multi-supplier coverage with one set of rules. That means broader availability, clearer governance, faster continuity when something goes wrong, and one place to pay and reconcile.

There are three simple service levels: Standard, Fastlane, and Priority. That reflect different continuity needs. Each service level sets expectations for replacement timing and support, and you can mix service levels by team, site, or use case.

Continuity Cover funds standby capacity so vehicles can be replaced quickly when they go off the road. It’s included in higher service plans and can be shown as a separate fixed add-on if you prefer itemised pricing.

Yes. Routine units can sit on a baseline service level, while critical roles or sites can be placed on faster-response service levels. You can adjust service level mix over time.

An incident is logged, verified as off-road, and the replacement process is triggered within the service level’s window. Class parity is maintained, with temporary substitutes allowed until a matching class is available.

Automatic credits may apply to the affected vehicle’s base rental according to the agreed SLA. Credits are defined and capped in the contract schedule.

A full range of saloons, SUVs and LCVs are available through licensed partners. Specific models depend on supplier availability in each emirate.

Vehicles come with insurance, registration, scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance through the supplier. Optional equipment can be arranged where available.

You make one monthly payment to Glide. We settle participating suppliers promptly and provide a single statement that separates base rental from other items.

No. Pass-through items such as tolls, fines, fuel and government fees are passed at cost and itemised with supporting evidence.

Security deposits and accident handling follow the supplier’s policies. Glide coordinates the process and keeps everything visible in your statement and reports.

The rental contracts remains between the client and the licensed supplier. Glide manages the programme that sits around those contracts.

Yes. We can onboard your current vendors into the programme and add others to create a panel that fits your needs.

No. You can begin small, prove the model, and scale as required.

You receive a single monthly statement and concise KPI summaries covering incidents, replacements and any credits. Data exports are provided in finance-friendly formats.

We start light with exports that work with common ERPs and can explore deeper integrations as the programme matures.

You sign a master agreement with Glide, choose the service level mix per use case, and we onboard suppliers with rate cards and SLAs. From there, vehicles are requested and delivered under the programme rules.
